On June 12, an important and therapeutic psychological event for women aged 18+ took place at the Municipal Institution Youth Center “HIGH HUB” of the Vysokyi Settlement Council. The meeting, titled “The Anatomy of Passive Aggression. Why Silence Hurts,” was conducted by a qualified specialist from the public organization “Green-Landia.”
Participants completed assessments on external and internal passive aggression. Sometimes we punish not only others but also direct aggression toward ourselves, which damages both our health and psychological well-being. How to avoid this and establish assertive communication with others, as well as express feelings properly, became the main topic of the open psychological session.
The event was held in a format of open and trusting communication. Participants had the opportunity not only to listen to theory but also to share their own life stories, receive professional feedback from the expert, and experience strong female support.
