We are working on strengthening the psycho-emotional resilience of young people in today’s conditions.
Organized by the Department of Youth and Sports of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, an oblast seminar-training titled “My Health” was held in the Vysochanska community.
The event was carried out as part of the All-Ukrainian program “How Are You?” by Olena Zelenska.
Participants learned modern psychological methods for stabilizing their emotional state and acquired skills for effectively overcoming stressful situations.
The seminar program included:
- Art therapy exercises, including bracelet weaving for emotional release;
- Creative activities using face paint as a tool for self-expression and emotional unloading;
- Interactive exercises aimed at developing empathy, team collaboration, and trust;
- Discussion of mental health and psycho-emotional well-being in group discussions.
We thank the specialists for helping the youth learn new psychological techniques and strengthen the emotional well-being of the participants.
