Residents of Izium Learned About the Opportunities of the “Experience Matters” Project
Specialists from the Izium branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center held an information event dedicated to the government project “Experience Matters.”
During the meeting, participants received detailed information about the program’s opportunities, participation requirements, and the registration process on the State Employment Service platform. Special attention was given to how the project helps people aged 50+ find employment, undergo retraining, acquire modern skills, and remain competitive in the labor market.
Participants also discussed the importance of employment support for the economic resilience of frontline communities, government support instruments, and the role of experienced professionals in the recovery and development of the Kharkiv region.
Experience matters because professional knowledge, responsibility, and life wisdom remain valuable to employers. That is why the Employment Service helps people aged 50+ discover new opportunities for professional development and move forward with confidence.
