On February 10, a “Time Management” training was held at the High Hub Youth Center to develop soft skills in girls aged 10 to 24, as part of the POWER4Girls project, implemented by the NGO “Ukrainian Professional Development” with support from UNICEF.
The main goal of the training was to enhance the personal effectiveness of the girls through mastering tools for planning, task prioritization, and combating time-wasting activities.
Key topics and activities
The training program was divided into three blocks:
- Priority theory: Analysis of the Eisenhower Matrix
- Toolkit: Working with the “Pomodoro” technique, the “Frog” method, and the “Elephant” method
- Practical part: Workshop on planning the participants’ real workday and analyzing individual “time eaters”
