On 23.04, the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) held an information session at the High Hub Youth Center on the opportunities of the project “Grant assistance for obtaining vocational education and training.” Representatives of the charitable organization explained how to receive a grant of up to $1,000 to improve qualifications or acquire new skills that can support career growth or provide an opportunity to find a new job or switch to online or flexible work (if full-time employment is not possible).
Participants actively discussed the conditions and priorities of the grant applications and learned how to properly fill out and submit an application. Any community resident aged 18 to 60 can take part in the selection, but priority is given to vulnerable categories.
The application deadline is April 30.
