On June 25, a movie-based training session for teenagers titled “The Power Within Me!” was held by the High Hub Youth Center of the Vysochanska Village Council.
The event was organized by the NGO “Center for Psychological Assistance ‘Confidence'” with the support of the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (USAID).
The training was inspired by the animated film “Kung Fu Panda” (Part 1) — a story about discovering one’s strength, believing in oneself, and finding true purpose.
Together with psychologist Yuliia Chepelenko, the youth discussed self-esteem, doubts, and the path to their dreams.
Participants:
– wrote letters of encouragement to Po (and to themselves);
– created their own power amulets;
– compiled a list of their talents, resources, and dreams;
– shared their desires and supported one another.
The atmosphere was warm, inspiring, and sincerely friendly. Every participant left with a new outlook on their potential — and with the belief that the power is already within them.
