“Art therapy helps to reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder. Through the creative process, veterans can better understand their experiences and find inner balance. It is an effective method for restoring psychological health and returning to a peaceful life,” – shared psychologist Serhii Usenko.
