On 28.04 in the village of Babai, the High Hub Youth Center held a group psychological counseling “Skills for coping with stress” and a workshop “Life without obstacles”
During the first activity, young people learned about effective practices for overcoming stress, such as

Young people shared their recipes for overcoming stress:
Mark, 18 years old “When I feel anxious, I try to clean my room. I put my house in order – I put everything in order in my head”
Marina, 12 years old “If I’m worried or sad, I pick up the guitar, it helps me overcome stress”
The workshop “Life without obstacles” was devoted to practices for overcoming anxiety states, such as meditation and modeling. At the end, the youth molded the image of their fear, then turned the monster into a funny character and said goodbye to him, throwing him in the trash
