On September 25, the High Hub Youth Center held two events focused on career counseling:
- Group Career Consultation: Self-Presentation and Interview Preparation
- Living Library: Ukrainian Pop Star VITA.PEOPLE as Guest at the Youth Center
The first meeting started with a viewing of the informative and entertaining animated series “Find Your Calling,” featuring episodes related to self-presentation and interview preparation. This was followed by an active discussion on the proper behavior model during presentations, dress code, common questions, and mistakes.
Yana, 32 years old, shared, “I have experience successfully passing an interview where my proper behavior helped me secure the position when others were rejected. I also learned new life hacks.”
The second event, the Living Library with Ukrainian pop star VITA.PEOPLE, began with an exciting introduction, gift exchanges, and then a vocal masterclass, along with an honest account of the singer’s life and creative journey.
Veronika, 20 years old, expressed, “It was very interesting to learn how the artist worked towards her goal. VITA shared how, through hard work and determination, she gradually achieved popularity. Her passionate nature and love for her audience helped her along the way.”
This project is implemented by the Public Organization “Association of Youth Leaders of Ukraine” and the Public Organization “Youth Platform” within the framework of the USAID Ukraine program, “Dream and Act,” which is executed by IREX in Ukraine.
