We sincerely congratulate Oleksandr Osadchyi on being awarded the Honorary Certificate of the Kharkiv District Council — a well-deserved recognition of his service to the state, community, and people.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion in March 2022, Oleksandr Osadchyi voluntarily joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Serving in the 226th Separate Battalion of the 127th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade as deputy battalion commander with the rank of major, he participated in the defense of the hero city of Kharkiv and in the liberation of Kharkiv Oblast from Russian occupiers.
Oleksandr Osadchyi is a recipient of the combat Order of Danylo Halytskyi and was demobilized due to age in January 2023. Today, he continues to work for the benefit of the community as a deputy of the Kharkiv District Council, philanthropist, and volunteer, supporting those in need and bringing our common Victory closer.
We thank him for his courage, responsibility, and dedication to Ukraine!
