Today, our team visited the Kharkiv branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center.
The main goal of the meeting was to facilitate the creation of job opportunities for the women of Defenders by organizing public benefit works, educational programs, retraining, participation in grant projects, starting their own businesses, and other initiatives.

We received a lot of important and relevant information that opens up new opportunities for supporting women of military personnel. The atmosphere was light and constructive, and most importantly – we felt real understanding and support.
Today’s day brought not only new knowledge but also an energy boost that motivates us to act. The representatives of the Kharkiv branch gave us confidence in the future and confirmed that we are moving in the right direction,” shared the organization’s head, Olga Lekhan.
