Easter is one of the most important Christian holidays. All believers prepare for it during the seven weeks of Great Lent. On the day of the bright holiday of the Resurrection of Christ, all humanity rejoices and rejoices, as it symbolizes the victory of life over death, the victory of good over evil.
On May 4, 2024, Archpriest Leonid Korenskyi, the rector of the church of Saint Agapit of Pechersk of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, visited the Dykaniv correctional colony No. 12, performed a festive prayer and blessed Easter.
Parishioners of the temple donated 200 pasaks for the needs of the correctional colony.
