Today, the team of NGO “Veterans’ Wives” once again confronted the reality and aftermath of the war, delivering aid throughout Kharkiv. The city stands strong, but it carries much fatigue and pain.
We were delivering not just medicines and food packages — we were bringing support, warmth, and presence. The hardest part is seeing people, scorched by grief, cry because they remember that someone cares… Their greatest fear is not the explosions, but the feeling of being forgotten.
