I understand that the report is a bit delayed, but there are reasons for this:
“Report of the Deputy of the Krasnokutsk Village Council of the VIII convocation from the Political Party ‘European Solidarity’ Hanna Bezverha for 2024, member of the Permanent Commission on Finance, Budget, Socio-Economic Development, Investment Activity, Regulatory Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.”
In accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of Local Council Deputies,” I report on my participation in council sessions and the meetings of the Permanent Commission on Finance, Budget, Socio-Economic Development, Investment Activity, Regulatory Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.
Throughout 2024, I participated in:
- 6 out of 12 (50%) plenary sessions of the Krasnokutsk Village Council;
- 4 out of 6 (83%) meetings of the Permanent Commission on Finance, Budget, Socio-Economic Development, Investment Activity, Regulatory Policy, Industry, and Entrepreneurship.
The Political Party “European Solidarity” initiated 4 appeals to central government bodies, among which the main one was the support of Ukrainian scout O. Chervynskyi, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and social issues.
None of the deputies supported any of our appeals, some partially, but most were against them, citing that “it is not our level to demand from higher authorities.”
During the intersession period, as a deputy, I participated in:
- Work on the social protection commission;
- Field commissions to the Parkhomivka rural district for citizen receptions and household inspections;
- Assisted IDPs, local citizens with young children, and people requiring special care (diapers, baby food, and medicines);
- As a member, I took part in organizing the Ukrainian Women’s Congress forum;
- The main task has been the care of 9 military units since the full-scale invasion.
I constantly hold a reception for citizens at the office of the Krasnokutsk Village Organization of the Political Party “European Solidarity” at the address: Ukraine, 6 Zakhysnykiv Street. The main issues raised by citizens during receptions are assistance to the seriously ill and injured, transportation of seriously wounded between hospitals for treatment and prosthetics, material support for low-income citizens in difficult life situations, general issues of community functioning, legal aid to military families, IDPs, people with disabilities, and pensioners.
The priority task in 2024 was ongoing support for the military: the 21st, 42nd, 20th battalions of the 93rd, 113th, 125th, 2nd medical battalion of the 43rd brigade, 5th and 6th border guard units from Volyn, who defended our Bohodukhiv district in the combat zone, 3rd Airborne Assault Brigade, in the combat zones of Kharkiv, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, and Donetsk regions, residents of de-occupied territories, delivering medicines to Ukrainian citizens in the occupied territories and evacuating them from the combat zone—generators, clothes, medicines, food, supplies for adults and children, animal feed, personal protective equipment.
I periodically collaborate with volunteer organizations, including:
- Humanitarian HUB “EAST-WEST”;
- NGO “PHOENIX-13”;
- Lutsk volunteers (united).
A special mention for close cooperation with the Humanitarian HUB “EAST-WEST,” with whom we worked to ensure military supplies.
Invaluable, timely, and constant help for our defenders came from Olexandr Skoryk, deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council from the “European Solidarity” party, volunteer, and philanthropist, through whom we sent heavy drones and other military equipment to the front.
When necessary, I appealed to the Krasnokutsk Village Council and my fellow deputies, and at the request of our defenders—within the possible legal framework, I received support.
Many thanks to our fellow citizens, including the “Vodohray” team, the “Pavuchky” team from the Muravskyi rural district, and the Parkhomivka, Kapluny, Koziivka, Ryabokonev, and Kostyantynivka rural districts, as well as my friends, who stand side by side with our defenders, thanks to whom 84 raids were carried out in 2024, delivering many supplies through donations, including 5 thermal imagers, 27 FPV drones, 6 chargers, car parts and components, gas heaters and stoves, hygiene products, clothing and footwear, construction materials, and various foodstuffs.
For my active civic position and significant contribution to charity and volunteer work, as well as consistent support for the Armed Forces, I was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Commander of the Armed Forces Logistics Forces, Major General V. Karpenko, on 07.12.2024, awarded the Minister of Defense of Ukraine R. Umerov’s “For Contribution to Ukraine’s Defense” Medal, Order No. 1976 from 19.11.2024, and upon the recommendation of Commander of Military Unit A1302, Colonel V. Paliov, I was awarded the 93rd Brigade Medal “For Assistance to the Army” No. 197. Earlier, by the recommendation of the Head of the 4th Department of the Bohodukhiv Military Registration and Enlistment Office, I was awarded the “For Charity” award No. 1687.
I am always an active user of social media, highlighting and commenting on important political and social issues both on my personal page and on the “European Solidarity” page for Krasnokutsk.
The main areas of work in 2025 will remain:
- Monitoring the activities of institutions founded by the village council;
- Cooperation with Ukrainian volunteer centers and international partners, expanding the partnership network for working with European funds;
- Ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, uniting Ukrainian citizens around the Armed Forces;
- Citizen reception.
Together, we are doing our best to bring our Victory closer!
Glory to Ukraine!!!
Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!!!
