In today’s world, where interaction with people is constant, the ability to recognize and resist manipulation is not just desirable but a vital life skill.
On June 18, the Communal Institution Youth Center “High Hub” of the Vysochanska Village Council held an event in Babai at the Communal Institution “Palace of Culture and Arts of the Vysochanska Village Council.”
The training aimed to provide young people with practical tools and knowledge to effectively protect their psychological space and strengthen their self-esteem.
“Recognizing and Resisting Manipulation: Protecting Personal Boundaries” served as a valuable reminder of familiar facts for some participants, and for others, it offered powerful insights—crucial information that put everything into perspective.
