On December 14th, in the village of Pokotylivka at the SmartCommunity OKC, supported by the Youth Center High Hub, a significant project for our community began: the “Course of the Young Artist” by the Serhiy Zhadan Charity Foundation.
Creative youth aged 12 to 17 started receiving the necessary knowledge to form themselves as creative individuals, whether as artists, actors, musicians, or writers. During this intensive, the young people worked with speakers and trainers:
- Visual Arts – Marina Koneva;
- Introduction to Acting Skills – Serhiy Smerchuk;
- Financial Literacy – Lyubov Ibadullina;
- Psychology and Self-Presentation – Maria Kotyenko.
The program was very intensive and lasted for 7 hours. The next day, the young participants had an online meeting with Ukrainian writers and public figures: Serhiy Zhadan, Ruslan Horovy, and Olena Pavlova.
There are still many memorable meetings and creative discoveries ahead for our boys and girls as the course continues. Let’s wish our young artists energy in their learning and successful mastery of the knowledge!
