Today, our team of the NGO “Wives of Veterans” had the opportunity to visit the Solonitsiv United Territorial Community. This is an educational trip, where we had the opportunity to talk with the local authorities and learn about the integration programs for veterans operating in this community.
The meeting with representatives of local authorities was productive. We discussed opportunities for cooperation to improve the living conditions of veterans and their families, as well as discussed issues of access to medical and social services. Community representatives showed great interest in the needs of veterans and willingness to help in solving them.
Our team was introduced to the integration programs operating in this community. These programs not only provide veterans with support as they transition back to civilian life, but also provide opportunities for them to develop and engage in meaningful activities in the community. We were impressed by the level of support provided to veterans at the Solonitsivka OTG.
In general, the visit to Solonitsivska OTG was important and educational for us. We felt real support and interest for veterans and confirmed our willingness to work together to improve their lives and integrate them into the community.
