Warmth that brings hope: delivering aid in the Kharkiv community
When war rages outside the window and infrastructure is destroyed by enemy shelling, an ordinary cup of hot tea becomes a true luxury. For the residents of our community, who live under constant fire, the ability to keep water warm is not just a matter of comfort but of survival.
The team of NGO “Wives of Veterans” set out on another mission to bring a piece of warmth to the people. This time, we delivered thermoses to those who needed them the most.
This initiative was made possible thanks to our constant friends and partners – the Rememberus.org foundation, Igor Korsunsky, Julia Preshman Korsunsky, and Oksana Bondar.
We sincerely thank RememberUs.org for this critically important support! Your care allows our people to have hot water even when electricity or gas goes out. These thermoses are not just containers; they are a symbol that everyone is remembered, that everyone is meant to be warmed and supported.
Seeing the smiles on the faces of our elderly when they take these “sources of warmth” in their hands is the best motivation for us to keep going.
Thank you for helping us hold the humanitarian front! Together, we will not let the cold or the enemy break our spirit.
With support GO “Wives of Veterans”
