Sand therapy and salt painting took place during a session at the High Hub Youth Center in the Palace of Culture and Arts.
Young participants created sand art and shared their safe spaces through their drawings. Sand therapy helps reflect one’s inner world, personal conflicts, or dreams.
The simple and meditative technique of salt painting allowed for the creation of captivating works, where the salt crystals became a canvas that gracefully shimmered with the colors of paint.
