Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Oleksandr Kotukov took part in the forum “Kharkiv on the way to food security: challenges, risks, prospects for overcoming them.”
The forum is organized within the framework of the international research project Fusilli, Spain.
During his speech, Oleksandr Kotukov presented the activities of the employment service to support employers during martial law, namely recruiting for employers, including newly established ones, training vouchers, grant programs that significantly support business and create new jobs, etc.
The head of the regional employment center paid special attention to the implementation of the “Own business” and “Grant for veterans and their spouses” programs, noting that in the second year of implementation of the #єРобота project, residents of rural settlements are increasingly submitting applications and receiving grant funds for starting a business.
Since the beginning of the “Own Business” program, 417 business entities and individuals have received positive decisions regarding the provision of a micro-grant, which involves the creation of 719 new jobs. 9 positive decisions were made under the “Grants for veterans and their spouses” program.
