We are strengthening cooperation with Kharkiv region communities. The other day, the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, had a working meeting with Zmiiv City Mayor Pavel Holodnikov.
The head of the community was informed about a number of active programs implemented by the employment service, namely, the provision of micro-grants and grants for the creation or development of one’s own business, the opportunity to receive a training voucher for acquiring a new profession or improving qualifications. It is this popular project of the employment service that gives the right to study for free in one of 124 professions and specialties, including people over 45 and internally displaced persons.
Compensatory programs for employers were also discussed, such as: reimbursement of labor costs for the employment of persons from the number of immigrants, compensation for arranging a workplace for an employed person with a disability.
For his part, the mayor thanked for the effectiveness of socially useful works carried out on the territory of the community.
Oleksandr Kotukov and Pavlo Holodnikov signed a cooperation agreement as a sign of confirmation of the outlined plans.
