The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, visited the site where socially useful work is being carried out, commissioned by the Charitable Foundation “Chervona Kalyna Kharkiv.”
Participants of the “Army of Recovery” project are unemployed citizens who, together with volunteers, help the civilian population and the Armed Forces of Ukraine: they provide food to the residents of Kharkiv, including internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and the elderly, distribute humanitarian aid, and weave camouflage nets for the military. During 2024–2025, 40 people have been involved in performing socially useful work.
Oleksandr Kotukov spoke with the workers of the #Army_of_Recovery, thanked them for their active civic position and for supporting the most vulnerable segments of the population.
The “Army of Recovery” project is important not only for its participants but also for the country as a whole. It helps address social, economic, and infrastructural challenges during wartime. This year alone, thanks to the project, 3,200 people in the Kharkiv region have found temporary employment, gained new skills, and contributed to the region’s recovery.
