The Mobile Employment Center continues its mission, providing essential support to those in need.
On December 5, an outreach event was held for residents of Hubarivka village in the Bohodukhiv community.
Specialists from the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center and the Bohodukhiv branch provided consultations tailored to the individual needs and preferences of attendees. The event covered employment opportunities, vocational training, voucher-based education, and the selection of current job openings, including those for internally displaced persons. Participants of the job fair were also informed about available grant projects and compensation programs for employers, as well as how to join the #Recovery_Army initiative.
Among the employers at the fair was Viktor Sinelnikov, a winner of the #Own_Business program, who used grant funds to purchase a soil cultivator and is now seeking an experienced maintenance locksmith for his farm.
To guide students in defining their career aspirations and expanding their understanding of the professional world, a career guidance training session was held for young people, focusing on planning their professional future.
Alexander Kotukov, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, engaged with event participants, providing insights into innovative job search strategies introduced by the Service. He also met with Bohodukhiv Mayor Volodymyr Bily and Hubarivka Starostate Head Mariia Tryzna.
Key discussions included the restoration and development of businesses, the creation of new jobs, and support for community residents and internally displaced persons.
