Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Denys Oliinyk, together with Head of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv region Vladyslav Selezen, presented a new tax support service for recipients of grants for starting and developing their own businesses.
The initiative is being implemented within the framework of cooperation between the State Employment Service and the State Tax Service. The goal of the project is to provide comprehensive tax support to entrepreneurs who have used microgrants or grants under the state program “Own Business / Grant /”.
During the presentation, Denys Oliinyk подробно outlined the opportunities of the employment service in supporting entrepreneurship. In particular, he emphasized grant programs, including those for veterans and their family members, as well as compensation programs for employers who create new jobs and employ internally displaced persons.
“We consult and support everyone who wants to start their own business. Our goal is not only to help obtain a grant, but also to ensure further support at the stage of business establishment. The joint service with the tax service will allow entrepreneurs to work confidently, understand their obligations, and plan development,” Denys Oliinyk emphasized.
Vladyslav Selezen, in turn, noted that the tax service ensures accessibility of services for all categories of taxpayers and operates in accordance with the principles of inclusivity. According to him, it is important that entrepreneurs feel support from the first days of work. Grant recipients must clearly understand their tax obligations and confidently plan the development of their own businesses.
The new service is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs, veterans, internally displaced persons, and everyone who is creating or scaling their own business in the region.
As part of the meeting, an open discussion took place among the participants. The parties agreed to hold joint informational and explanatory events with the participation of specialists from the employment service and the tax service.
The event was attended by representatives of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, the Kharkiv City Council, the veteran community, entrepreneurs, and employers of the region.
