The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service summarized its work for 9 months.
A final meeting was held at the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center with the participation of the center’s leadership, branch directors, and representatives of their structural divisions.
Oleksandr Kotukov, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, noted that from January to September 2025, the service operated efficiently and fully provided services to clients. State initiatives aimed at stabilizing and developing the labor market were actively implemented in the region.
Key results:
- 9,368 referrals were issued under the “Army of Recovery” project, and 5,230 referrals were made for public and other temporary work (these figures rank 1st among regions of Ukraine);
- 18,515 citizens were provided employment with the assistance of the service;
- 1,922 vouchers were issued for training;
- 619 individuals received positive decisions on microgrants and grants for creating or developing their own business.
“The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service has become a major investor in the region’s economic development, a driving force. We create opportunities for our clients, participate in the implementation of important programs, and initiate changes that later become the norm for the entire country,” emphasized Oleksandr Kotukov.
The head of the regional employment service sincerely thanked colleagues for their work and presented honorary awards.
