Working visit to the Kegychivka community: dialogue that delivers results
The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, visited the Kegychivka community, where he held a meeting with the settlement head Anton Dotsenko, employers, and entrepreneurs.
They discussed key issues:
community development and business support
expansion of socially useful works
grant opportunities for entrepreneurs and municipal enterprises.
Kegychivka is an agricultural region, so a special emphasis was placed on supporting farming and developing processing. These are real opportunities for creating new jobs.
Also in focus:
vocational training and retraining
employer compensation programs
employment of internally displaced persons (IDPs), veterans, and people with disabilities
creation of an accessible, barrier-free working environment.
“A strong community is people who have jobs and opportunities for development. We are working to ensure that there are more of these opportunities,” emphasized Denys Oliinyk.
There are also concrete results:
282 community residents have already received employment service support
80 people have been employed
30 have undergone training
61 have joined socially useful work.
A special point of pride is local entrepreneurs.
Thanks to the “Own Business” grant program, businesses are developing, new jobs are being created, and the community is becoming stronger.
