Veterans — both men and women — are at the center of our attention.
The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Denys Oliinyk, met with representatives of the charitable foundation “Off-road Volunteers” — people who have been through the front line and are now actively contributing to economic recovery.
They discussed the key issues: how to find oneself in civilian life, where to look for new opportunities, and how to take a step toward starting one’s own business.
The employment service offers real support tools:
grants for starting and developing a business
compensation for employers
training and assistance in creating a business plan.
The example of veteran Viktor Trubchanov is inspiring — he received a grant, completed training, and is now successfully developing his own business.
We are working to ensure that every veteran feels they are not alone. There is support, there are opportunities — and there is a future.
