Oleksandr Rosokha, an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in the food industry, received a microgrant of UAH 500,000 under the state program “Own Business”. This support enabled him to resume the production of natural pastes made from plant-based raw materials in oil and honey after a forced pause caused by the war and to create two new jobs.
Previously managing a paste production enterprise, Oleksandr has always focused on the growing consumer interest in healthy eating. Market analysis confirmed steady demand for eco-friendly, functional products that boost immunity and support a healthy lifestyle.
To revive the business and bring his products back to market, Oleksandr invested his own funds into renting and renovating premises, purchasing additional equipment and furniture, as well as procuring raw materials.
The received microgrant made it possible to invest in key production needs. Essential equipment was purchased: drying equipment, a hammer mill, grinder, press, mixer, and dispenser. Raw materials for the blends and packaging were also bought, along with funds allocated for advertising and marketing to effectively promote the products.
The revival of production allowed Oleksandr to reintroduce high-quality natural plant-based pastes to the market, which have a positive impact on consumer health.
