🧑🏭 The Kharkiv Regional Employment Center organized an off-site job fair in the town of Budi, creating a platform for job seekers to meet with potential employers.
📋 Employment service specialists informed visitors about in-demand professions on the labor market, the conditions for obtaining a voucher for professional training, opportunities to start their own business, and more.
🏢 Leading companies took part in the fair, including KP “Kharkiv Metro”, JSC “Ukrenergomashyny”, the Southern Railway regional branch of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, LLC “Standart-M”, KP “Saltivske Tram Depot”, KP “Trolleybus Depot No. 2”, KP “Zhovtneve Tram Depot”, as well as local municipal enterprises such as KP “Budi Maintenance and Operation Company” and KP “Blahoustrii”. This gave local residents direct access to information about current vacancies and career growth opportunities from company representatives.
🤝 Social partners also joined the event, including the NGO “I Can” Charitable Foundation and the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, who presented their services and opportunities to attendees.
💼 The job fair in Budi served as an effective platform for uniting the efforts of employers, social partners, and the employment service to help local residents find work and improve their professional skills.
☕ Additionally, the director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, visited a participant of the “Own Business” program who used grant funds to open the “Sleepy Duck” coffee shop.
📍 The final stage of the event was a meeting between Oleksandr Kotukov and Ihor Shram, director of the Komarivskyi Psychoneurological Boarding School. They discussed existing programs to support employers, as well as opportunities for professional retraining and skill enhancement for employees through vouchers.
