The Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, Oleksandr Kotukov, and the General Director of the Regional Clinical Hospital, Ruslan Vragov, discussed future areas of cooperation.
During the meeting, they reviewed requests for recruiting hospital staff to fill existing vacancies and focused on the procedure for providing employers with compensation for the arrangement of workplaces for persons with disabilities. In addition, they discussed opportunities for training and professional development of the hospital’s employees with the support of the employment service.
“Cooperation with healthcare institutions is a priority for us,” said Oleksandr Kotukov. “We are ready to assist in recruiting qualified personnel, help enhance their professional skills, and support employers who create inclusive workplaces.”
