We continue to make the services of the Employment Service as accessible as possible for the residents of Kharkiv region. This is the purpose of our Mobile Employment Center — to be closer to people, listen to them, and provide help where it is truly needed.
Yesterday, we worked in Sakhnovshchyna. We spoke with local residents, informing them about modern employment, training, and retraining opportunities, current vacancies, and support programs for those considering starting their own business.
We also had focused and attentive conversations with veterans. It is important for us that their return to civilian life is confident and supported, and that professional realization is real and dignified.
I also met with local employers — we discussed support programs from the Employment Service, shared practical tools, and invited entrepreneurs to join the “Own Business” /grant/ program.
It was especially pleasant to speak with our grantees — Olena Klochko and Serhiy Lapika. I explained compensation mechanisms for employers and answered questions that are important to businesses today.
These off-site meetings are not just about programs and numbers. They are primarily about live communication, trust, and working together for the development of communities. And, of course, about supporting employers who create jobs: through compensation mechanisms, grant programs, and practical tools that help businesses grow and maintain employment in the region.
I am grateful to Sakhnovshchyna Village Head Volodymyr Suetsky for his support and cooperation.
We keep working forward.
