The Employment Service does not just respond to challenges. We are building the economic resilience of communities.
During a working visit, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center Denys Oliinyk met with the heads of the Zlatopil and Oleksiivka communities, Mykola Baksheiev and Anatolii Strakhov, as well as with the leadership of the Biliaivka Village Council.
The focus of the discussions was on specific tools to support people and businesses that are already delivering results.
Support for entrepreneurship.
The “Own Business” grant program provides an opportunity for people to start or expand a business, create new jobs, and strengthen local economies. Since the launch of the program, 32 entrepreneurs in the Zlatopil area have already received microgrants.
Support for employers.
Compensation programs, energy support, and reimbursement of expenses for equipping workplaces for persons with disabilities of groups I and II are practical tools that help businesses operate and grow.
Integration of internally displaced persons.
Employment is the most effective path to adaptation and stability.
Vocational training.
Vouchers are now available for 161 professions and specialties — an opportunity to change careers, upgrade qualifications, and remain competitive in the labor market.
Temporary employment.
Within the “Recovery Army” initiative, unemployed persons, internally displaced persons, veterans, as well as pensioners under the age of 70, participate in socially useful work.
Results of the Zlatopil Department of the Lozova Branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center in 2025:
2,619 people received services
1,211 were employed
302 completed vocational training
96 received vouchers
991 referrals were issued for temporary work
Since the beginning of this year:

A separate meeting was also held with the staff of the Zlatopil Department of the Lozova Branch of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center to define priorities and tasks for the near future.
“Our task is not just to help people find jobs. We create conditions for business development, support employers, and work toward the economic resilience of communities. Every job is a step toward the recovery of the Kharkiv region,” Denys Oliinyk emphasized.
The Kharkiv Regional Employment Service is about opportunities, development, and results.
