“Energy Support for Individual Entrepreneurs” – up to 15,000 UAH
In February–March 2026, a non-repayable assistance program for small businesses is in effect to reduce the risks of downtime during power outages, preserve jobs, and ensure the stable operation of services in communities.
Who can receive assistance:
• Individual entrepreneurs (Group 2–3)
• registered before December 1, 2025
• have at least one hired employee
• have no arrears in paying the unified social contribution (USC)
• operate in socially important sectors (food, healthcare, services, social services, logistics).
Amount of support:
from 7,500 to 15,000 UAH – depending on the number of employees.
What the funds can be used for:
generators, batteries, inverters, UPS, solar panels; stabilizers, cables, installation; fuel for generators; payment for electricity supply and commissioning of equipment.

• “Entrepreneurship” → “Support for Individual Entrepreneurs for Energy Resilience”
• complete and sign the application
• choose or open a Diia.Card.
Funds will be credited to the Diia.Card (PrivatBank, monobank, A-Bank, Bank Credit Dnipro, Sense Bank).
