Business support through open dialogue
A meeting with entrepreneurs from the Tsyrkuny community was held at the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center.
Denys Oliinyk, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center, presented the opportunities offered by the Employment Service for employers. Compensation programs for employing internally displaced persons, veterans, young people, and other categories of citizens were discussed, as well as mechanisms for arranging workplaces for people with disabilities.
Special attention was given to grant programs for business development, veteran grants, support for processing enterprises, and the “Point of Support” program. Participants also explored opportunities to organize socially useful work in the community and involve local residents.
The meeting was held in an open dialogue format. Entrepreneurs actively showed interest in support programs and grant initiatives, asked questions, and shared their own experiences. Following the discussion, the parties agreed on further cooperation and interaction.
“These meetings once again remind us how important it is to stand alongside people who, despite all difficulties, continue to work, develop their businesses, and create jobs. It is for such entrepreneurs that we work and will continue doing everything possible to support businesses that provide employment and strengthen local economies,” emphasized Denys Oliinyk.
The event was also attended by Mykola Sikalenko, Head of the Tsyrkuny Rural Military Administration.
