We are learning to support businesses and IDPs even more effectively
Training was held at the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center for heads of departments and employer consultants of REC branches who work with the compensation program for employers hiring internally displaced persons.
The event consisted of two blocks — theoretical and practical. Participants thoroughly reviewed the procedure for accepting applications from employers via the Diia Portal and in paper form, the procedures for requesting funds, and monitoring the employment of IDPs. Special attention was paid to verifying the accuracy of the submitted information and the proper preparation of the required documents.
At the end of the training, all participants passed a test to consolidate the knowledge they had gained.
As a result, 45 specialists updated their professional competencies and improved the skills necessary to ensure a clear, transparent, and lawful mechanism for supporting employers.
“For us, it is important that employment service specialists constantly learn and improve their knowledge. Legislation is changing, employers’ demands are growing, and we must be ready for this. That is why we invest in team training — so that every employer receives clear answers, and support programs operate effectively and transparently,” said Denys Oliinyk, Director of the Kharkiv Regional Employment Center.
The training was conducted with the support of the State Employment Center, for which we sincerely thank them for their assistance, help, and support in organizing the event.
